Why PSJA COLLEGIATE?
It is based on a comprehensive needs assessment of the region’s employment needs, and high demand careers, which led the school team to focus on health professions as the target area of study. Research findings and focus groups consisting of district parents, students, and staff, also prioritized the healthcare field as an area of interest when choosing a career pathway.
The new redesigned campus will be designated an Early College High School, following the communities’ expectations to provide rigorous coursework and free college courses while in high school.
