Welcome to our webpage! I am excited that you have chosen to learn more about our PSJA Collegiate School of Health Professions! We are a small, 9th-12th grade, early college high school in PSJA that opened in August 2018. We have approximately 100 students per grade level and are housed at the Dr. Daniel P. King PSJA College and University Center, alongside the PSJA Academies, in San Juan, Texas.

PSJA Collegiate High School of Health Professions, a Texas Honor Roll School, provides participating early college high school students, an opportunity to receive a High School Diploma under the Distinguished Level of Achievement Graduation Plan with Collegiate Honors, complete the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Core Curriculum, obtain College Certificates, earn an Associate’s Degree, or at least 60 credit hours toward a Baccalaureate Degree during grades 9-12, in a field of their choice.

Our highly qualified staff provides a college-ready culture with a rigorous curriculum. Our students are given an opportunity to complete pre-AP and AP coursework, high school endorsements under career technical education and dual language, and dual credit college coursework with our higher education partner, South Texas College. College readiness, social, and emotional support is made available to our students through counseling, connections to social services, parent outreach and involvement opportunities, clubs, and organizations. Through clubs and organizations, our students are also able to gain community service and community involvement opportunities. For extra-curricular activities such as fine arts and athletics, that are not offered at Collegiate, our students are able to participate during the day and after school, at their zoned comprehensive high school. Bus transportation is provided. We are very proud of all our students that have excelled in all areas, academically and in their extra-curricular activities!

At PSJA Collegiate School of Health Professions, we are courageous, compassionate, and committed to providing a well-rounded high school experience to all our students, and to fully prepare them to be college, career, and life ready. Our founding staff and students have been a part of establishing new legacies and traditions that will live on for generations to come in our PSJA community. We want to invite you to continue visiting our webpage and visit us on Facebook and Instagram. Stay safe. Go Collegiate Lions!
